So it broke.. to truth is the handlebar should be replaced with a new one every season when you are riding rather hard and pulling major tricks... specially when it's a stiff and light alloy bar..

It should be replaced with a new one by your local distributor for sure...

Everything will brake sooner or later... the frame should not be taking major abuse no longer then a season or two tops... thats how long the warranty works... this is a dirt equipment not a frame to used for xc riding... I'm not afraid cause if something like this happens I can be 100% sure that it will be replaced... that is why so many people is choosing NS... light, strong and reliable... and the 2008 lineup... wooooot!!!1!!!1

one shock is not a proof that the whole model like is a bunch of crap.. check out the new GT DHi that broke near the headtube or other stuff... the more gear people use the bigger possibility that it will break... that's the fact... remember the new kona stinky with bent rear triangle linkage ? Razz same thing... I'm gonna stick with other shocks too... not because this single RS broke.. just because I prefer a better quality, weight and the fact that it works better for me Smile

Correct me if I'm wrong but from this shot you can tell that the frame just cracked open just by the headtube and the wheels are not dented to there's no way there was a bad landing involwed... too bad it's a new model from GT... let's hope it's just this actual frame that had some production failure...
